I'm looking for a raf animatronic or even a cec. I think I found a looney bird but not sure if the seller will sell it. But I was wondering where should a look for a animatronic.

Hey BLSTKRDR, welcome to the board :D Two good places to start looking would be: 1) the 'For Sale' section of this site and 2) eBay. Every now and then, some pretty cool items will pop up.

Yes, depenging on how much you can spend, you will find people with robots from both groups, and in farious stage of repair, right up to minty RAF items direct from Creative Engineering!
What are you looking for and how much do you think you can spend?

I think I can spend $500 and i'm looking for one animatronic like billybob ,Beach Bear, Rolfe DeWolfe & Earl Schemerle, Looney Bird. I am will on fixing up one in bad shape. Thats the fun part. Actully I would perfer one in bad shape. Makes it more funner. I may be willing to spend more if needed.

500 is not very much. I paid 8gs for a parts Sally corp figure once.

Yeah, this is an EXPENSIVE hobby. The cheap bots are usually in the worst shape, and you will spend more $$$ just on repairs and parts, not to mention the other items to make them operate - valves, computers, wire.

Sally Corp still has some older stuff for sale in thier warehouse,
a Elsie the cow and some others I forget the models.
I think these would have tape deck controller systems thou.
but you are still looking at around 10 grand or more.
but you would get a figure, and controller system and some set stuff with them.
hmm, if you are a do it yourselfer, for 1000.00 I can sell you my old Sally Corp Ruacdak, it's all there, just needs a air setup and be put back together. picture on request.
this is a circa early 80's figure from a arcade.

Talk to "Moonrockers" for $500 you could probably get a rough looney Bird if not a normal character. I originally just traded a bunch of stuff for my Beach Bear...so it IS possible to either trade or get one fairly cheap.
