Character Spasims - Anyone have any advice?

Hi Guys-

Just curious if any RAE owners out there have ever encounter a character that randomly has spasims? One of my characters just will randomly starting convulsing and seems to be stuck in the same loop of motion. There is a weird sound comming from underneth him, like clanking.

It continues even when the show is over and will not stop until the show is completely reset. I've ruled out the show tapes at this point and I believe it's a valve problem.

Anyone encountered/fixed similar?

I'd check the valve for sure...

pfft you couldn't ask most techs, today most shows look like the characters are having seizures. :rolleyes

Ah, yes. The old "chattering mac valves". Check your power supply for a solid 24 vdc under load. If it's a little low, the valves won't latch completely, just oscillate between open and cloesed.
