There’s a big difference between giving your opinion – for example;

“I had a previous dealing with User999 and found him to be misleading in the way he does business – proceed with caution.”

and inflammatory comments – for example; “User999 is a no good liar that will do anything to take your money.”

On top of that – there is a time and place for everything. The original thread was clearly labeled “For people that are only serious about going on this trip.” Others took that as a place to publicly comment on their opinion of the deal.

It doesn’t matter WHO we were talking about – Even if it were one of you that I don’t know… I would have requested the information be deleted. Remember – if we allow it to start for one person, we need to allow it for everyone.

How would you feel if you posted something on the FOR SALE board and someone started posting personal opinions about you in the same post? I bet each of us would hate it. Just because the person is not around, it doesn’t make personal attacks any more acceptable.

Sometime I feel we forget there are actual people on the other side of these computers, and we all have feelings.

Lord knows I have quite a sorted past – I wouldn’t want someone posting hate mail about me on this board just because I didn’t make them happy at one time or another.

There is no reason to insult anyone for any reason. If you don’t have something nice to say – do not say anything… I can’t be the only one that ever heard that before!

I'll admit me just having a hey day with Aaron jokes did go a bit far. I did admit to being wrong. And; I really shouldn't have said anything in resonse to certain people having tantrums the first time. I really would've showed more maturity by not saying anything in response at all. It wasn't very mature of me to bite back like a child does when somebody goes off on them. I know a lot of people are refferring to my behavior this afternoon here, so I will admit I was wrong. I know certain people probably don't like me very well, and I understand that completely. After all; in life everybody has somebody at one time or another that isn't going to like them. Not everybody will like you... that's just a part of life. Even the most famous people in the World have critics. After all; not everybody that worked for Walt Disney at one time or another liked him. He had a group of animators working for him in the late 50's that went on strike and called him a slave driver. Anyway... getting back to the point here...

There are obviously a few personality clashes here. That happens pretty much everywhere you go anyway. We need to all try and get past the personality clashes and try to get along. If somebody does have something rude to say about you or anyone else; the best thing to do is ignore it.

Don't take things people say to heart. I'll admit I was rude to Damon and I appologize for that. Don't let the immature banter that goes on around here every now and then bother you; just ignore it. Turn the other cheek.

We may all think differently and have different opinions on this board, but we all have something in common.... We all share an admiration and a lot of great memories of Showbiz Pizza Place. If you have a personal issue with somebody... from now on.. take it up with them... don't broadcast it. But, the best thing to do is not say anything at all.

I'll admit I was wrong and I'm sorry. This entire subject should've been dropped by now. Lets forgive and forget here.

Well, I have no idea what happened exactly or who said what,(and I don't care at this point.) and I always stay out of any drama that may happen on this board because its silly, but I just want to say if anyone on here is ever feeling cranky and thinking of posting naughty things about people, they should just take a deep breath, and go do something nice, like take a nice hot air balloon ride over a lake, or draw a picture of a seal with a funny hat, or kiss a kitten...those are things that would make me feel better, and would restrain me from writing negative things. There's enough drama in real life, we don't need it on a Cec/Showbiz message board...
