Well guys and gals... The time has finally arrived! Leaving tonight for the LONG drive down to Orlando. Going to be meeting CaptSlappy, Dsfii, and WickedWonder for this amazing event.8)

Aaron already has some wonderful things planned for us! :D I can't wait to get down there~! I'm sure that CaptSlappy and DSFII will post about the trip before I do because they will return on Sunday! But you know how the girls are..... My wife wants to go to Disney (I do too but I wont tell her that! HAHA!:hat ) so we will be doing that too and wont be back till Thursday of next week.

We will definitly have to post pics of Aaron and the other Rock-afire vocal cast memebers we are scheduled to meet.:eek Talk to you all when I return:D

We made it back. I wish we could have caught up. We went non-stop all freakin' weekend. I got 4 hours of sleep total but man... it was awsome. I'm sure we'll collaborate on the whole story once everyone gets back home later in the week. There is soooo much to tell!

Oh MY oh MY oh MY, THIS dvd is going to be a MUST HAVE for everyone. I can't say much about it but, Im sure looneybird will let you in on what awesome outtakes we actually caught on it! In fact I bet there is stuff on there we don't even know about yet!

Mike, it was great meeting you and you are right we did stuff non stop, ever corner I turned was something new and exciting!

PLUS,, the pancakes at IHOP were awesome at 1am!!! haha...
only unfortunate part was when the early morning SUN turned our tents into 110 Degree greenhouses at 8am!!!!

Yes we camped out by his pool in tents. We used his tiki torches and slept out there. I did not do night 2 because I had to be up at 6:30 am to catch a plane and we did not get back to his house til 3:30 am. We are going to wait on Damon to get back from Disney World Thurs. before we really go into everything but it was freaking awesome!

Seriously, I had so much fun, and I can't wait to see the DVD. I just know it's going to be something I'll probably deny the knowledge of once I get older, but I don't care. And I agree about the tents- the first thing my dad said to me Monday morning was "you're all tan!" just from us sleeping in the tent. (Well, maybe all that time on the road helped.) David, you ran into the storms? We didn't hit them until we were almost home.

HAHA, HECK yeah we hit the storms and matt and I about croaked as the pilot showed off and ducked and dodged the wind HAHA... YIKES that was freaky, you know when you're in the middle of it and not knowing the outcome - hell and I had to pee..... OUCH it was aweful and felt good to touch the ground! ;)

My plane horror story...

On the way to Orlando I had a non-stop flight but coming back I was on a different airline which meant a 50 min lay over in Houston. My change had me going from terminal B to C. It was tight but no big deal. Ok, flight goes fine. We are on the plane over 2 hours. Plenty of time to use the bathroom. They gave everyone plenty of notice that everyone would have to stay seated for the duration of the flight... less than 15 min. So we are on final appraoch. We will be on the ground in like 6 minutes. (Disclaimer... I apologize for my lang. here but this makes me so mad) So some stupid B#### decides to take BOTH of her damn kids to the bathroom. The stewardess jumps up and says: "Ma'am we are on final appraoch. You'll have to take your seat."

Lady: We REALLY have to go.

Stewardess: I'm sorry we are on final appraoch will be on the ground in 6 min.

Lady: (Rudely) What? We only need like 2 seconds!

She then turns and heads to teh bathroom anyway and rolls her eyes as soon as her back is to the stewardess.

Stewardess: We can't land unless everyone is seated.

Woman keeps walking and ignores her. She goes to the cockpit to tell the captain someone is up. We end aborting the landing and circling. We go from being 5 min early to 15 min. late now. We start final appraoch a second time. Too many planes now... we circle again. Then when we did land it took about 10 min before they even opened the door. I made my flight but barely. I had to walk quickly, just short of running. I got to my plane and they were in the process of boarding. This is just an example of how one person being inconsiderate can affect so many. I would have been furious if this woman and her kids had made me miss my connection becasue they thought the rules didn't apply to them. Aside from this one minor probelm, eevrything else on the trip was completely awesome.

Shonna and I just made it in... I really would LOVE to talk tonight but we are both BEAT! 13 hours on the road will do you in ESPECIALLY if you just went to all 4 Disney Parks in ONE DAY! HAHAH!

Yeah Shalisa and rick had ribs with us and then Burt was there on night 2. He came by the Jefferson building and watch shows with us for a bit. It was definately cool. Probably the hightlight of my life.

Hey, those are great pics too! It's great you got pics of the guys doing pull-ups. Now we have pics of pretty much everything that happened at the event. (almost.)

I can send you the haunted Rolfe photos if you guys want, it happened at 4am this morning when we where at the building, I was taking a rest on Rolfe's stage, and Air was getting pictures, and in one picture this square orb-like object appeared in front of Rolfe's ear on only one of the pictures. I didn't remember taking some of those pictures. It was freaky looking through them at work and having to stop and think about *what* that picture was supposed to be of. I just wish I had thought to take some on the roof.

Yes I belive we are all pretty bare when it came to pictures in certain areas like the Basement and on the roof (but that was mainly due to it being so dark)! Shonna did get a picture of the elevator though... I filmed that ride with "NightShot" so hopefully it turned out... Still haven't gotten anywhere near that part of the video yet to see thou!

And yes Capt I think Shonna was the CEI TOUR official Photographer... She took almost all my of ours PLUS pics for you, David, and Wendy! She was a little trooper for all of us! She wasn't even in many pics.... nor any of the group shots.... Poor Shonna.... Well atleast we did get some shots of us with Shalisa and Bubba!

Update on the DVD: I have finally surmised that I will have to make 3 versions of it! Geez what an undertaking.
Version 1 = Will be the RAW Version and only available to the attendees. (and thats only if they want to sit down for nearly 12 hours of footage)
Version 2 = Will be the Directors Cut and will available for those that gave donations. It will possibly be for sale too. (will be a little more user friendly at about 7 hours)
Version 3 = Will be the Standard Edition and will be available for anyone to purchase. (an approximate running time of 3 1/2 hours)

My thing about taking pictures in the elevator and the roof- I'm deathly afraid of elevators (as you guys found out!) and heights- and the whole trip wire thing wasn't helping. I was busy not trying to pee myself, let alone take pictures. ;)
Yay, uncut version! I bet I sit through all 12 hours happily, especially Friday night. And Yay Shonna for all of those pictures she took. I noticed I didn't have a single picture of her, so I'm giving her props now.
