View Full Version : HOW DO IT TRANSVER VHS TAPES TO DVD

Hey all, I want to add some video to Youtube that I have found of various ShowBiz/CEC but would like advice of transfering these VHS tapes to DVD inexpensively locally so I can add to Youtube...any advice?

There are several commercial places that will do this for you as well.

Heh, this is what I'm paid to do at work! All you'd need is a VCR, a connection box where you plug in the RCA cables and a Firewire cable connects the box to the computer, and you'd also need a program to capture the video- at work we use Adobe Premiere Pro to capture the video and Adobe Encore DVD to make the DVDs.

This is propably more cost efficent than buying Adobie which lists for $349.99!!!
