Death from a roller coaster at Disney-MGM (The Aerosmith Rock 'n Roller Coaster which is an indoor coaster like Walt Disney World's Space Mountain is)? I remember a Marriott's Great America coaster like ride in 1984 called The Edge that shut down after 2 people riding it broke their necks or something like that.
