Hi again Gang....
Here's yet another of my recent 'Collector" threads....no doubt ya'all have seen the CEC and RAE themed ones inviting fans to chat about what they like to collect in relation to those places.
Well, i thought it would be fun to have one here in thise section so everyone, regardless of interests, can come in and discuss what they like to collect...of ANYTHING!
That's right....the sky is the limit here.....whatever it is you like to collect ( besides CEC and RAE of course...) talk about it here!
I thought it would be interesting to find out what everyone's other collecting interests are besides the obvious.
So i'll start off.
Besides the obvious...( PTT/CEC) beleive it or not i DO actually have other interests...lol!! Some of things i really love to collect are records, action figures of all kinds, and more. Here's my top interests as far as collecting goes in no particular order:
Records and cassettes of my fave albums ( i hate cd's!!). Yes, i DO still play them all too.....awesome stuff !!
Action figures, particularly Lord of the Rings and characters from assorted other movies. I have a lot of Star Wars ones as well ( mostly modern) and a crap load of random figures. TMNT RULE!!!
Disney, Disney and MORE Disney ( too involved to get into detail). Mainly stuff produced by Applause, and random toy shelf gems. Most recently i have gotten heavily into the Disney Pin Trading craze that have been sweeping the Parks since 99'
Queen collectibles, records, etc. I attend many US Conventions for this Band and do a lot of artwork related to them.
Plush animals of ALL types...mostly famous cartoon characters. I was never a "teddy bear" person ( regardless of the fact i now work for Build-a-Bear Workshop...) Again, i would say 80% of these are Disney characters from over the years.
Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, Gremlins, and other 80's iconic character merch.
So how about you? What so YOU like to collect?
