Aaron as Mitzi??

I've been hearing a lot about Aaron doing the voice for Mitzi. And I've always wondered, did he talk in a high-pitched falsetto voice (like on Teen Girl Squad for you Homestar Runner fans) or something like that? And where can I find a sound clip of it?

I think you have that wrong. The Abbey Road show has Mitzi being voiced by Shalisa Sloan.

I don't mean to be bashing you RAFECECGuy, but try not to be so cocky about information you're just learning about. No need to try to be an expert overnight. It's ok to not know the answer to everything.

Next time try a reply like, "I think it's on the Abbey Road medley." This is a good way to avoid unecessary confrontations on what we try to keep a friendly place.

Abbey Road was actually Shalisa's debut as Mitzi. Prior to that, it was Aaron. A girl named Monique was on the Christmas reel prior to Abbey Rd. She did not work out. He showed us the audition footage of Monique trying out as Mitzi and the discussion afterward during last year's CEI tour.

Aaron sang "My Boy Lolipop" "My BoyFriends Back" Also voiced in "Catch a Wave", Birthday MEdley, One thing I am not sure on is if Monique or Aaron did "Dragstrip" . I dont think he did. And it may have not been either one. This one is kind of a Mystery. The more I listen to it..It doesnt sound altered. It sounds like a girls vocals.

I think Dragstrip was someone else all together. Air was the ones you listed above, Monique was on Disco Christmas (as Air had mentioned), and on Sal's Bday (as stated on the lyric sheet to GOFA).

But Dragstrip was recycled from the Wolfpack reel (the Mini version specifically). Not sure what happened here. I know that SPP wanted a mouse which was why Mini was created in the first place, but from what I can tell they went back and re-recorded Dragstrip with a new voice. Because if you go back and listen to the finale track where they recap all the songs, she sings "Foxy was my Boyfriend" in a completely different voice.

So my best guess is that Dragstrip song was recorded by someone they found just for that one Wolfpack SPP show. Then it just sorta found it's way into the RAE library when they recycled it.

I have always been lead to believe that Queenie/Minnie was voiced by a female that for whatever reason was gone by the time the Rock-afire was introduced. That is why she was not used as Mitzi. Details on this are sketchy though.

Did Aaron do her voice in the old Wolf Pack 5 show? Because I found a video on Youtube that shows Mitzi/Minnie/Fish Sticks/what's-her-name singing "My Boyfriend's Back."

Ok, I asked Aaron about this and he said a girl named BJ was the voice of Queenie. She was in Burt and Jeff's band Clutch and he lost touch with her years ago. Apparently she was gone before the RAE came about.

BJ then must have been the one singing the 'foxy' lyrics on the Dragstrip in the recap song then.

For Harvey - that video does show Mini singing "My Boyfriend's Back". That one in particular was altered when it became a show for the Rock-afire. Aaron re-recorded the main vocals for Mitzi, but the RAE still sings behind her in the same Wolfpack background vocals.

The "Dragstrip Song" on the other hand was completely recycled from start to finish and wasn't updated with Aaron's Mitzi Voice. Let me see if I can't string some mp3s together to show everyone what I mean on all this.... :p

Well if you watch the videos I have. Not sure if I sent these to you. But I have the convention where the deal was made and Queenie is a totally different voice than the dragstrip. She sings dragstrip as well as my boyfriends back. Same background music...same background vocals but a different voice.
