Important CheeseVention 4 Info: Everyone coming please read

Hi Gang...

Well we are getting down to the last month and a half or so before our annual Fan Convention and i need to book some space for us for the "official" Birthday Bash we are throwing for the Rat!

I would like everyone who is coming to CV4( specifically the San Jose Birthday Bash) to PLEASE post here so i can get a head count. I need to know how many people are coming to San Jose so i can book the Party ASAP with the location!

I will naturally book a few heads higher, to compensate for any last minute attendees or any parents. If you are bringing parents, please note it below.

Again, if you are coming to the CEC Birthday Bash in SJ during CV4......please list yourself and anyone coming with you to the event.

I plan on booking the Party in the next 2 weeks....so this should give everyone a chance to respond.

Looks like we have 6 listed so far, with another couple possibly joining us, bringing the Party Attendence up to 8.

I will book the Party for 12 to allow any last minute additions to be able to join us, but i will wait one more week before booking.

I just got us a Booking at Blue Bayou for Sunday May 20th at 1:40 PM. All we need do is show up at then host podium 10 minutes prior and we are good to go!

Great news, tonight i booked out official Party at the San Jose CEC!




Friday May 18th at 12 pm.

Booked for 12 "kids" and 12 adults ( i had to book us as "kids" as adults are not considered participants!)

I booked us the Super Party Package, which includes basically everything a CEC Fan could want:

28 Game Tokens
CEC Party Goodie Bag
100 Prize Points ( game tickets)
Slice o' cake
Two slices of pizza
Drink with free refills

I also added on a extra cake so we could have both flavors, and have plenty to go around ( need that sugar for the long drive to Southie!)

I also added on a CEC Promo Cup for all of us. These can be used during the length of CV4, as they are good for free drinks at any CEC location! Woo Hoo!

When i arrive on site, i will more then likley purchase balloons to tie to all the chairs and use as a centerpiece ( always looked nice when we would do this at my old Store).

There was no spot on the page where i booked to leave comments or requests, so i was not able to note that we would like the row in front of the Chuck Bot'. i will work on this from another angle to try to secure us this spot.

It works out to about $28.00 per person for the Party Pack, cup upgrade, and extra cake.

Two medium pizzas are included with the Party, however it is likely we will order additional pies along with salads, etc.

I've confirmed last week that I will be coming. :)

Unfortunately I will not be able to bring any costumes with me because that will almost double the cost of the trip.

That is fine Richard, as i doubt the Store we are having the Party at would allow any "outside" characters inside anyway.

However, there IS a chance we will have a special surprise there though........
