Hi,

I created a new font called "TSF ShowRoom", which is the exact same font that SP used in their logo. Get TSF ShowRoom here (http://tsf.is-a-geek.com/TSFShowRoom.zip).

For CEC fans, I've got "TSF Chuckster", which is a knockoff of the CEC logo font (with a full character set, not just those letters used in the logo). Get TSF Chuckster here (http://tsf.is-a-geek.com/TSFChuckster.zip).

Sounds great! :D However, I couldn't access your site. Is the server down?

Hey,

That's really awesome work. Usefull for us fans with graphic projects. I do have to put in a request for a Rock-Afire logo font.

As far as I can tell, many other businesses have used the same font (most notably, the Black-Eyed Pea restaurant chain) for thier logo, but I have never been able to locate it.

Although with such non-standard spacings and serifs, it may be hard to do.

That would be awesome to get a RAE font... I've been searching high and low and can't seem to find it either.

But from what I can tell it's Bookman Bold (with swash). The closest I've come to finding a font set is Bookman Bold Italic (with swash) - which is what I used for the RAP logo. That came off one of those old ass press-down letter sheets they used to use in graphic design in the days before computers.

The 'swash' part is what makes the font non-traditional, and I'm not sure how feasible it would be to make it into a typeable font. With that set I had there was like 2 different lowercase 'r's, a couple uppercase 's's and other multiple versions of the same letter. The swash letters were mostly just accented versions of the regular type... probably to be manually added into logos and such.

That would be pretty sweet if you could manage to pull something like this together though. :D

PS - I can't seem to access the site either... maybe it's temprorarily down. I'll have to try back later.

Hey!

I just got those files to download and got them installed - really nice job! I'm quite impressed. I looked into getting the ShowBiz font awhile back - it's officially called Frankfurter as far as I know, but it's copywritten and you have to buy it for some ungodly amount. The version you have looks just like it which is sweet. :eek

I also love the Chuck heads - nice to finally have those in vector form. ;)

Hey,

It's not perfect, but it would give a place to start...

I am tying to locate the correct non-italic version at the moment

Awesome...yeah looks just like Black-eyed pea's font. :D But non-italic would be the RAE font!

I am waiting to get Bookman Swashes from alt.binaries.fonts before I can make "TSF RockN'Roll" (an RAE knock-off font).
