Did drum company Ludwig pay a royalty fee or something like that to CEI since in the Rock-afire Explosion shows Dook plays the drums made by Ludwig.

Also: Is the Ludwig drum company still in business or not?

Creative purchased Ludwig drum kits for use in the shows. Ludwig should have been very pleased to jave tjeir name prominantly displayed in so many resturants.

As for the Ludwig Company. They started right here in Chicago in 1910. The family sold the company in 1981, and the brand still lives on.

Ludwig, Deagan, Liberty Chimes, Musser Marimba, Bush & Gerts, Cable, Cable-Nelson, Conover, Hamilton (Baldwin), Kimball, Lyon & Healy (originally renowned for harps), Steger & Sons, Story & Clark, Lowrey, and Hammond, are all very famous CHICAGO AREA musical instrument company names. But, most are just trademarked names on another companies equipment.

I was in band in middle school and high school and was in percussion. Ludwig is a good company for drums and drum sitcks and other fine percussion instruments.
