I can't Wait until he get's his ass sued off by Aaron for copyright infringment...
And by the music recording industry for royalty fraud for not liscensing the music he is selling...
and by the FBI and the USPS for Fraud and Mail Fraud...
(Did I miss anything?)

So what exactly is the deal with this? Is it just an online fantasy deal or is their actually something being sold? That's the first thing I am confuzed about. If this is a real CD/DVD whatever that is being made and sold then you seriously are violating copyright laws. Disney is not a company you want to mess with there. They don't care how small time you are. They can be ruthless with bootleggers.

The best thing to do really, is to ignore this guy at this point. That's my plan...

Hi Everyone,
Let me clear this all up cuz some people seem to be confused. ShowBiz 25th Anniversary DVD has nothing to do with Disney and Aaron and I are forming a long relationship together since I plan having at least 50 Billy Bob's opened by 2007. He already has allowed me character rights from my EXCLUSIVE interview with him for the fanzine. Thanks all of you for your concern about my well being though!
Thanks to all who have made Disney America site reach 10,000 hits in just a FEW weeks!

Just curious Davy, but if you plan to open 50 locations, where are the shows coming from? I don't know how many shows Aaron has left, but I was lead to believe he has only a handful in his inventory.

Aaron like has ten more shows left in the crates, there you go. >D

Here is another thing I am confuzed about. What is the deal with all the Disney stuff? It's like you are mixing fantasy with real plans here. There is no way you will ever open a Disney park. I'm not going to comment either way on the Rock-afire ideas here but I guess your presentation on your website is confusing to say the least.

If Aaron has only about 10 shows left, will this mean you will make him produce more? And didn't you "claim" you had an open PTT at DisneyWorld?

HI Everyone,
Sorry for the confusion. The Disney America is a fantasy online website. Wouldn't everyone like to own a Disney theme park. For any of my fans who want to "open" an attraction, restaurant, or gift boutique- e-mail pics, all the details, and which land you want to be featured in and your place will debut with a splashy Grand Opening at Disney America!
As for Billy Bob's Rock-a-fire Cafe, Aaron and I are working together to open 5 locations with the remaining shows. If they take off as expected than Creative Engineering will start production on more Rock-a-fires. If you visit ShowBiz Pizza at Disney America you can get a glimpse of our menu at Billy Bob's!
Have a great weekend!

So... you're selling a real DVD from a fantasy web site to help pay for your dream project?
Now I'm interested in specifics... I mean like stuff I have no business knowing, your business background, source of capital, prospective locations. I suppose you've gotten to work on hiring a team of realtors, legal counsel, management crew, vendors etc. Afterall, this is the 4th quarter of 2005 and you want to open 50 restaurants in, what, 18 months? That is provided that the 'first 5 take off as expected'. How long did you plan on running these test stores? Most new establishments will lose money in the first year because of startup costs.
In conclusion, this plan is remarkable! I'd love to see the five year projections and invest $100,000 to your cause

We could use a couple more investors.
I will forward you a business plan and you can join the team!

Do I have even have to chime in here?
50 locations open in a year. If you didn't seem uncredible before, you certainly just shot every last microscopic bit of credibility you have.
Bob Brock couldn't even open 50 SPPs in a year, with the backing of a multi million dollar company. How on earth can you, who can't even design a professional looking website, come up with the 75 million or so dollars to do this?
Business in reality is a little more complicated than fantasy websites.
Do you have some sort of condition that disables you from distinguishing between fantasy and reality?
Puro Max - Give your 100,000 to a charity or burn it....either way it would be put to better use.
Everyone else, don't be surprised if you paypal DavyD $15.00 and never see a DVD shipped to you.

HI Everyone,
Our goal is 50 locations by the END of 2007 which is over 2 years and a stretch I admit, but I feel that the 5 locations are going to be so unique and will squash Chuck E. that we will have enough franchisees that will be begging to open a Billy Bob's. Here are some of the things which will bring families to Billy Bob's:
Note: These are SMALL cafe style locations like Hard Rock Cafe not regular sized establishments like CEC and ShowBiz were.
+ Table service!
+ Small, intimate cafes make it more appealing
+ ShowRoom resembles Rain Forest Cafe in an outdoor camp-like setting
+ KIDS COMBOS!
Congrats on the first 20 who purchased ShowBiz 25th Anniversary DVD who received a rare ShowBiz souvenir!
Stay tuned for up to the minute developments!

PuroMax,
Your right, Billy Bob is back! Yes, we do plan on making lots of money. With my Disneyland cast member training and experience I know what guests look for and expect. Currently, we are recruiting candidates who want to submit a logo we will use for consideration. If anyone has one in mind forward them to me. We also have the following openings:

Menutia-
Remember DavyD has tons of "fans". He refers to them all the time...c'mon he's a celebrity. I'm sure he'll sell thousands of those DVDs. (sarcasm...if you couldn't tell) ;)
LOL DavyD. Just because you were a CM at Disneyland doesn't mean you know how to open a multi million dollar business. Unless you were making decisions at Glendale or TDA, which if your name is actually Davy D'Antonio---then I know for a fact you weren't, you can't claim Disney as your mark to success.
For the record if you open 50 Billy Bob Cafes in even 2 years, I'll buy you your very own Disney park. :hat

Hi Everyone,
Just thought I'd give you all a sneak glimpse in an upcoming artice in Restaurant Newsmagazine!
BILLY BOB PLANS ON TAKING DOWN THE RAT!
In a surprise twist, Billy Bob and the Rock-a-fire Explosion suddenly re-gain popularity and plan to take down the rat, Chuck E. Cheese in a showdown to end all. Back in the 80s, the two famous mascots for two separate pizza chains were fierce competitors. Then, when both were struggling financially they joined together and the big wigs decided that Chuck E was the more famous and recongnizable character so Billy Bob, the Rock-a-fire Explosion, and ShowBiz Pizza were history. That is, until recently, with the wave for 80s nostalgia has brought renewed interest in the better of the two animated characters. Now, Billy Bob is back with the help of an ex-Disney cast member who has a nose for business and calls his customers "guests" "We are really excited about our Billy Bob's Rock-a-fire Cafes," says David D'Antonio the brain child for the smaller scale eateries which will be a mix between Hard Rock and Rain Forest Cafes. "Our ShowRoom will have an outdoor rain forest atmosphere, complete with picnic tables and lanterns on every table. Trees will surround you while you watch our famous Billy Bob & the Rock-a-fire Explosion stage show." David & co plan to open their first location near Sacramento, CA and will offer the concept to successful franchisers who will follow strict company policies offering Disney-style guest experiences. Since the eateries are much smaller than traditional Chuck E. Cheese locations, there will be a high demand for reserving dinner with family, or to book birthday parties, giving guests that do "get in" a VIP, celebrity feel. A Grand Opening Party was plannned years ago and a few select have VIP PARTY PASSES and will be the first "guests" to experience Billy Bob's Rock-a-fire Cafe. Time will tell who will win in the Billy Bob's/Chuck E. showdown but my bet is that Chuck E. will be a "last resort" when you can't "get in" the trendy Billy Bob's!

Davey D, I don’t think that your intention is to deceive us. I think that in your mind, you really believe that you are going to open the 50 restaurants by 2007. I know you have big dreams and would love to see a resurgence of the Rock-afire Explosion (so would I), but when you make such grandiose promises publicly, they only serve to undermine your credibility. Claiming that 20 people have purchased your DVD without anybody to verify it and typing up your own article for Restaurant magazine (without running a spell check) are not good forms of damage control. When you hype something and it falls flat, and you do this consistently, it is the business equivalent of crying “Wolf!” The approach I recommend is to work hard, keep quiet, and let everyone be pleasantly surprised when you succeed. In business, the single most valuable asset anyone can have is his or her reputation. If people trust and respect you, then they will want to do business with you. And if not, you will have a hard time getting investors and partners to follow you and buy into your vision. Trust me on this one, I know what I am talking about. I’m only trying to offer you some valuable advice so please accept it in that spirit.
Anything is possible, but I find the prospect of opening that many restaurants highly unlikely. As much as I personally love these animatronic shows, they are dated by today’s standards. There is a reason that there are so few of these restaurants in operation today. Even Disneyland has removed their classic animal bands (Country Bears / America Sings) and replaced them with more up-to-date attractions. Many of my colleagues in the animation business are struggling for projects to work on. So personally, I think that getting that many investors for an ‘80s show would be a tall order. But hey, prove me wrong! Nobody would be happier than me to see 50 new shows go into service. Just don’t act like it is a “done deal” with a firm commitment and timeline or you’ll have to backpedal when it doesn’t happen as you’ve planned. By the way, I was once a Disneyland cast member too, so in a sense, we are comrades. With your eagerness and creativity, I’m sure that you have a bright future ahead of you. Good luck with all your future endeavors.

WOW!!!! Restuarant News is such a renowned publication! I can't believe they gave such biased opinions in support of the cafe!! This is a hot ticket like I've never seen before!!! I... CAN'T... WAIT... TO... SEE... THIS... BUSINESS... PLAN!
Surely by now you must be under production contract for licensed merchandise!! Tell your plush company you want TICKLE ME BILLY BOBS! It worked in 1996, and it's bound to happen again!! Wait! I worked in a toy store! I know all about merchandising! I hope you need a man in charge of prize items because my retail experience is proof positive that a goldmine will rush in all aspects of the market!
I would have made that bet, but for some reason the ATM wouldn't let me withdraw my money. You better believe I'm gonna have a word with the guys at the bank for this one! They cost me over 3 million dollars!
(CHANTS) Bill-y Bob! Bill-y Bob! Bill-y Bob!!!!
Rock-a-fi-re (Clap, Clap, Clap clap clap)
Rock-a-fi-re (Clap, Clap, Clap clap clap)
It'll be awesome when the guests do these chants anticipating the show to fire up!!!!!

In a surprise twist, Billy Bob and the Rock-a-fire Explosion suddenly re-gain popularity and plan to take down the rat, Chuck E. Cheese in a showdown to end all.
lol, good luck with that. Besides SPP in the early 80s, CEC has taken down MOST of its competitors. Saying that you're going to take them down I think is all part of that thing we call "imagination." Even restaurants that live for SPP (ex: Looney Bird's, Billy Bob's Wonderland, etc.) have all failed. Good luck, DavyD.
