Can somebody give me info on the Wolf Pack 5?

Did anyone see the Wolf pack 5 show when Showbiz first opened?

They were the first Showbiz Pizza animatronic show and predisesors to the RAE. They more or less were 5 of the RAE members. Beach Bear was basically himself but standing up, Wolfman was an Earless, Rolfe basically with a mustache and he held his mic stand and it rocked. Dingo Star was basically Dook but the robot was a lot smaller but he had Dook's face. Fatz was more or less the same but his last name was gorilla and it was spelled "Fats". The spelling didn't change until after the RAE was already up and going. Minnie was a mouse but actually wasn't that much like Mitzi. She had a tail, brown fur and wiskers. Her predesessor was "Queenie" who was a fox. Queenie was replaced at the request of Showbiz who wanted a mouse character too. Some songs like "Drag Strip in the Sky", "Banana Hill" and "My Boyfriend's back" were actually originally wolf pack songs that were reused on early RAE tapes. There was no Billy Bob or Looneybird yet. They came from the Hard Luck Bears show. Billy Bob was already Showbiz's mascot and they wanted him in the show. Originally the plan was to also phase out Beach Bear and replace him with Billy Bob. Some early promo stuff shows the Wolf Pack with Billy Bob in place of Beach Bear in anticipation of this change. Of course before they actually got rid of Beach Bear, they developed the RAE and ultimately kept both characters in the show. For a short time, apparently the first location did have both shows at either end of the show room although the WP5 was phased out after they decided to go with the RAE. WP5 shows were not a showbiz exclusive and some of those shows did go to other places with Queenie instead of Minnie.

why were the character names changed anyways? duke to dook, fats to fatz, minnie to mitzi.

As I know: There had been Wolf Pack 5 shows at:
* King's Dominion theme park (Doswell/Richmond, VA)
* Pyramid Place (now Ontario Place?) (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
* Man and His World (Montreal, Quebec, Canada)
* And the first ShowBiz location in Kansas City/Antioch Center in 1980

Also: The first SPP in Kansas City/Antioch had 2 Wolfman robots: One for the main WP5 show and another for the Sports Room forerunner The Disco Room.
